San Francisco – House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi released the following statement on the retirement of Dan Strodel, the Chief Administrative Officer of the House:
“Dan Strodel’s judgment and integrity have been a tremendous asset to Congress for almost three decades. From his beginnings as an intern to Congressman Brian Donnelly to his service as Chief Administrative Officer of the House, Strodel has brought great honor and credit to the Congress.
“It was a privilege to appoint him to his last post and to work with him over the years, and it was a sign of tremendous respect for his service on both sides of the aisle that Speaker Boehner kept him in place as our Chief Administrative Officer. His professionalism, non-partisanship, and vast knowledge of House operations will be sorely missed, and we wish him and his family all the best in the future.”
