Mr. Speaker, Americans want to know whether you support ending this bold program by deporting DREAMers, who arrived here as children and are part of the American experience in every way, and disrupt their families and communities.

Every time he says ‘no’ to bipartisan solutions for our broken immigration system, Speaker Boehner distances himself even further from the American people.

How much will Boehner’s lawsuit cost American taxpayers? “We don’t know yet,” says the Congresswoman tasked with overseeing it.

Republican Congressman Walter Jones (NC) has come out in strong opposition to Speaker Boehner’s perilous and meritless lawsuit against the President. The reason? He’d rather take up articles of impeachment.

“The humanitarian emergency along our southern border demands that we act in a way that honors our values as a nation, and respects the dignity of all people.”
